Terms of Service as of 4/2024> The method of payment is upfront through Paypal only!
> This is a digital good service - there will be no physical copy sent.
> The commissioner reserves the right to personal use of artwork (ie. social media icon, background) so long as commissioner credits the artist. No commercial/for-profit/NFT/Crypto/AI use of the artwork is allowed.
> The artist reserves the right to use artwork as an example or portfolio piece unless there is an agreement between the artist and the commissioner that states otherwise.
> The artist has the right to decline a commission for any reason prior to receiving payment.
> The price of a commission may go up based on the complexity of the commission; including but not limited to, a "no visual reference fee".
> Once payment is received, there are no returns/refunds given unless at the discretion of the artist (ie. a situation renders the artist unable to complete or provide the service). In the event of a refund, a refund may be given based on the remaining work left of the commission percentage wise.
> Providing payment for commission means that the commissioner agrees to the artist's terms of service.
